1. The warranty policy of rubber track.

Under the normal work condition, warranty policy is 1 year or 1000 hours. If the track have problems during this time, the client need to provide the file as follow:

A.Photo of damage place

B.Photo of whole rubber track and close-up of serial number on the track.

C.Claim report ( descript clearly about the working condition and working time of the rubber track and so on)

After received the claim report, we will reply within 7 working days. If it is a quality problem, will compensate the track free of charge in the next order. 

 

2.Undercarriage of construction machine

A.Client need to tell the design requirements or provide the drawing, also need quantity and other information.

B.Quote according to clients’ requirements and drawing.

C.If need to provide the hydraulic motor and other attachments, pls tell in advance.

 

3.Order requirements of other products

A.Need client to provide the size, machine model, drawing or install size of the products.

B.As the complex of construction products, we need to communicate with the client about the installation dimension again.

C.Due to the various processing technology and production machines, the installation dimension of same products may have a little difference. We can not guarantee exactly the same size with other factories, but we can through the confirmation of client to ensure product installation and actually use effect.
